4. Product Replacement

- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Replacement is not available for products that are damaged by misuse, accidental drops, or unauthorized modifications.
5. Exceptions and Limitations
- Vape Shop Dubai is not responsible for returns or replacements requested after 30 days of purchase.
- Items purchased more than one month ago cannot be refunded or replaced.
