4. Product Replacement

If you receive a defective item or experience an issue with a device within 30 days of purchase:

• Proof of purchase must be provided.

• Vape Shop Dubai is not responsible for returns or replacements requested after 30 days of purchase.
• Items purchased more than one month ago cannot be refunded or replaced.
